MANITOBA PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) is a program designed to allow the province of Manitoba to nominate foreign nationals who have the skills, experience, and education needed to contribute to the province's economy and community. The program offers different streams that target specific groups of individuals, including skilled workers, international graduates, entrepreneurs, and business investors.

To apply for the MPNP, you will need to follow these steps:

Determine your eligibility
Review the eligibility criteria for the specific stream that you are interested in, as each stream has its own criteria.
Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI)
Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) online through the MPNP portal. Your EOI will be evaluated based on your skills, experience, and education, and you will receive a score based on the MPNP's scoring system.
Receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA)
If your score is high enough, you may receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) to the MPNP. You will then have 60 days to submit a complete application.
Apply for permanent residence
If your application is approved, you will receive a provincial nomination from Manitoba. You can then apply for permanent residence through the Express Entry system or directly to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
It is important to note that the MPNP has specific criteria and requirements for each stream, which may include a job offer, language proficiency, education, and work experience. The program is highly competitive, and meeting the minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee that you will receive a nomination from Manitoba.
