QUEBEC SKILLED WORKER PROGRAM

Meet the eligibility requirements

Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI)
You must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through the Arrima portal, which is the Quebec government's online immigration application system. Receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA)
If you are selected from the pool of candidates, you will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ).
Apply for a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ)
After receiving an ITA, you will need to apply for a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ). The CSQ is issued by the Quebec government and is required for your application for permanent residence with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

After obtaining a CSQ, you can apply for permanent residence to IRCC
