Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program

The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is a program designed to allow the province of Saskatchewan to nominate foreign nationals who have the skills, experience, and education needed to make an economic contribution to the province. The program offers different streams that target specific groups of individuals, including skilled workers, international graduates, entrepreneurs, and farmers.

To apply for the SINP, you will need to follow these steps:

Determine your eligibility
Review the eligibility criteria for the specific stream that you are interested in, as each stream has its own criteria.
Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI)
Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) online through the SINP portal. Your EOI will be evaluated based on your skills, experience, and education, and you will receive a score based on the SINP's scoring system.
Receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA)
If your score is high enough, you may receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) to the SINP. You will then have 60 days to submit a complete application.
Apply for permanent residence
If your application is approved, you will receive a provincial nomination from Saskatchewan. You can then apply for permanent residence through the Express Entry system or directly to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

It is important to note that the SINP has specific criteria and requirements for each stream, which may include a job offer, language proficiency, education, and work experience. The program is highly competitive, and meeting the minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee that you will receive a nomination from Saskatchewan.
